Mason | I am One.

To say the year has flown by would most definitely be an understatement. Looking back through the billion million pictures on my computer so many emotions come rushing back. How did my baby get so big – so fast? Here’s little man’s year one letter. 

Dear Mason,

We did it. We all made it out alive after year one. No big causalities to report and lots of smiles along the way. Daddy and I love you so much. Becoming parents was a whole new process for us and we got beyond lucky to have such a wonderful baby like you. I remember walking into your room while you were napping and just watching you sleep. It was the most peaceful scene. You constantly keep us on our toes. From the time you were born you wanted to do more and more than other babies at your same age. Holding your head up in the hospital and rolling over – crazy kid! Watching you splash in the bath tub, clap your hands, climb up the stairs and give kisses and high fives is so fun.

You have such a sweet spirit Mason. You know how to melt our hearts in an instant. I am excited for our next stage and can’t wait to enjoy all of the fun to come.

Never forget how much you are loved.
