House Hunter

For those that didn't know, we had been looking for a home to start our lives together in. After a few weeks of looking and not hearing anything back we were starting to get a little discouraged. And then, all of a sudden, we got an offer back on one of the townhomes that we had offered on. We finally had an offer accepted. We started to get really excited and were looking at picture after picture of the place and were really excited. The next day however, we got even better news. The one townhome that was absolutely perfect and thought we would never get it, we got. The bank counter offered and we happily accepted it. After both us and the bank signed the paperwork, it was time to go into escrow. We immediately ordered an inspection to be had on the property. The inspection passed with flying colors and from that point on we were in it til the end. Now, there are only three weeks and we will be in our very own house. Well, at least one of us will be until we get married in June.
