I tried to keep things on the down low for quite some time....
I recently hurt my knee again and headed to the doctor to see what it was that I needed to do.
In January he said that he really wanted to avoid surgery at all cost unless it happened again and then we would revisit the option of surgery then.
So, of coarse as we sat in the waiting room for my appointment the thoughts kept stirring through my head. There weren't very many other options other than....

I had one week to get ready for surgery.
Ready set go!
